Sats and Scrubs Ltd and Rebloom

The Lazy CEO Manifesto

By the Founder of Sats & Scrubs Ltd.

I am the world’s most transparent, unambitious Bitcoin CEO. I don’t promise rockets to the moon. I promise… consistency. And possibly cat hair on my blazer.

Why am I doing this? Not because you can’t hold Bitcoin yourself. You absolutely can. You can go to an exchange, click “Buy,” and boom — you’re your own CEO. But let’s be honest:

• You’ll forget your password.

• You’ll panic sell on a dip.

• You’ll text me at 2 a.m. asking “Is Bitcoin dead??”

That’s why I exist. I’m the person who doesn’t panic, doesn’t chase hype, and doesn’t sell your Bitcoin because a YouTuber told me to.

I’m not here to get rich quick. I’m here to drink coffee, wear pajama bottoms during board meetings, and make slow, boring, honest decisions with your Bitcoin.

If you wake up one morning with “trust issues,” go ahead — check the blockchain. Your coins are there. If you still don’t trust me, I’ll return your money with a smile and a “God bless.”

I keep my nurse job because I like it, and because running this treasury is just for fun. My goal isn’t to retire in a yacht. It’s to prove that you can be a CEO without selling your soul, your scrubs, or your dignity.

So why invest with me instead of doing it yourself?

• Because I’ll actually hold your Bitcoin through storms and sunshine.

• Because you’d rather pay someone to be patient for you.

• Because I’ll never run off to buy a condo in the Seychelles.

• Because it’s more fun when the CEO sends you memes along with quarterly reports.

Sats & Scrubs Ltd. — where we stack Bitcoin slowly, honestly, and with just enough laziness to avoid reckless mistakes.

Our Motto:

“We move slow and stack sats… and sometimes, we nap.”

Brand Concept: “Rebloom”

Tagline: Care that returns to the earth.

Vision:

To give dignity to aging and to let the final stages of life nurture new life in return. Every product — from biodegradable pads to eco-friendly care materials — helps turn waste into renewal, closing the loop between care and nature.

Mission:

• Create biodegradable incontinence pads and adult diapers made from natural fibers (like bamboo, cassava film, and plant starch).

• Partner with care homes, councils, and eco-waste programs to ensure they go into biodegradable waste systems, not landfills.

• Dedicate part of every sale to fund community gardens of remembrance — cherry blossom parks grown from the soil where “Rebloom” products return to the earth.

Core Beliefs:

• Dignity never expires.

• The end of life deserves the same gentleness as the beginning.

• Even waste can bloom again.

Visual Identity:

Soft blush tones (inspired by cherry blossoms) mixed with muted earth colors.

A petal-shaped logo that subtly resembles both a blossom and a leaf returning to soil.

Future Possibilities:

• Rebloom Care Kits: sustainable hygiene packs for care homes.

• Rebloom Garden Program: “plant a blossom” initiative for families of residents.

• Rebloom Foundation: research and advocacy for eco-friendly elderly care.

🌸 Rebloom: A Manifesto

We all begin with care.

And we all end needing it again.

That’s not weakness — that’s the rhythm of being human.

Rebloom was born from that truth.

We create care products that don’t end in waste, but in renewal.

Biodegradable pads and essentials that return gently to the earth —

where what once held us becomes soil, and what was soil becomes life again.

Because dignity shouldn’t vanish with age.

Because comfort shouldn’t come at the cost of the planet.

Because even in the quietest endings, there’s still a way to give something back.

We believe care is a full circle.

From the hands that help,

to the earth that receives,

to the blossoms that rise again each spring.

Rebloom exists for that cycle —

to remind the world that death, too, can nourish life.

That compassion can be sustainable.

That our last chapters can still be kind.

One day, in gardens filled with cherry blossoms,

we’ll remember the people who gave those trees their roots.

And we’ll say —

nothing was wasted.

About Me

Hi, I’m Zennie Shulam, a nurse by profession, a writer by heart, and a quiet soul learning to live more gently in a world that never stops spinning.

Wild Little Wonders is my corner of the internet where I slow down, reflect, and share the little moments that make life meaningful. From seaweed soup on a quiet mornings to long thoughts on healing, work and why we all crave peace.

I believe in honest words, simple living, and finding beauty in between.

This site isn’t advice. It’s not a lecture. It’s just me, trying to make sense of being human. If any of it helps you feel a little less alone, then maybe that’s the wonder of it all.
